Staying in and reading in our cool, air-conditioned homes is about as active as we want to get, but occasionally there are still times when we are expected to create meals. Chilling Out with Aioli

As the kids run in and out for the nine thousandth time and the temperature inside your brain seems to have reached inferno heights, isn’t it nice to know that all you need to think about is making nice with your guests? Our summer catering options include all the burgers you love to eat, plus a few more that after one taste, you may never be able to live without again! Menu A includes one of our new burgers, the New Mexico topped with cheddar cheese, New Mexico Hatch green chiles, and a green chile aioli, while Menu B is filled with the classics including the Falafel Burger made with homemade falafel, hummus, pickled onion, mango sauce, and cucumber.

Some additions you’ll find on our catering menu include the refreshing traditional and fig & apple bruschetta or a charcuterie board filled with imported meats & cheese, artisanal crackers, dried fruit, nuts, and jam. When the need for something sweet arises, the Churro Bar comes with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, duce de leche, and sprinkles, but the mini cannoli we sell are what holds a special spot in our hearts! Our drink options include canned soda, glass bottle soda, bottled water and our much loved and desired house made lemonade! Summer days and ice-cold lemonade go hand in hand, and once you’ve tasted ours, you may never go back to the powder mix again!
