Arizona’s most anticipated food festival, the 17th Annual Devour Culinary Classic, took place on February 22-23, 2025, at the stunning Desert Botanical Garden. Featuring 120 of the state’s top restaurants, the event celebrated culinary excellence with an array of awards recognizing the best flavors, creativity, and sustainability.
This year, Aioli Gourmet Burgers was honored with a Silver Medal, proving once again why it’s a standout in Arizona’s vibrant food scene.

Arizona’s Culinary Stars Shine
Taking home the festival’s top prize, Best in Show, was TPC Scottsdale for its Al Pastor Pork Belly Taco, crafted by Chef Matthew O’Harris. Other top contenders included:

The Best Use of Heritage Food award went to Litchfield’s at the Wigwam for their Buffalo and Tepary Bean Stew, celebrating indigenous, locally sourced ingredients.
The People’s Choice Awards highlighted crowd favorites, with Best Savory Bite resulting in a tie between Clever Koi for their Pork Chashu Gordita and the Gastronomic Union of Tucson (GUT) Chefs for their Sonoran Beef Roulade.
GUT Chefs also won Best Sweet Bite for their Seville Orange and Prickly Pear Verrine, while Iconic Cocktail Co. claimed Best Sip for their standout beverage creations.
